    We provide Command Line Interface (CLI) to help you effectively manage the services and solutions provided by NAVER Cloud Platform. After installing and configuring development tools on Linux and Windows, you can control various services of NAVER Cloud Platform from the command line and develop scripts to automate them. They can be broadly divided into basic CLI and compatible CLI.

    Various CLIs provided by NAVER Cloud Platform

    The following describes the three types of CLI provided by NAVER Cloud Platform.

    • Basic CLI: NAVER Cloud Platform CLI (Ncloud CLI) that can manage some of the services of NAVER Cloud Platform. This refers to all CLIs other than compatible CLIs.
    • Compatible CLI: NAVER Cloud Platform's CLI that is compatible with CLIs of other companies' services. Examples include the Object Storage CLI, which is compatible with AWS S3, and the Archive Storage CLI, which is compatible with OpenStack Swift.

    Q. Where can I find the API authentication key required to use the CLI?
    A. The API authentication key can be found in Manage account > Manage authentication key in the My Page menu that appears after logging in to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
